Summary0002034: Add tag helper to clearos command
DescriptionNow that we are developing from two different git branches (clearos6, master), a build system friendly tag is required. Add a new "clearos tag" command to provide the necessary tag commands, e.g.

# clearos tag

Build helper

git tag app-devel-1_6_7-1_v6
git push origin app-devel-1_6_7-1_v6
plague-client build app-devel app-devel-1_6_7-1_v6 clearos6
