Summary0019311: Integrate outbound mail settings with Postfix
DescriptionThe "Mail" app provides an API for sending outbound mail via a custom mail server (instead of the built-in server in ClearOS). This API is needed for those clients stuck behind ISPs that block outbound SMTP.

This functionality should be added to Postfix/SMTP. This will make life easier for administrators -- it would remove the need to specify outbound mail servers for each app (e.g. Remote Backup, ClearGLASS, Wordpress, Kibana, etc.). The feature sure provide a programmatic way (via an API) to request outbound mail services.
