0018561: Webconfig GUI Missing
When navigating to 'https://<LAN_IP_Address:81/app/bmbackup', [^] there is no Webconfig GUI. Just a white background and text. This has happened to one other user that I am aware of. Their Support Ticket ID is 558377. Let me know if you'd like to see it on the customer's system and I can rerequest remote credentials.
