Summary0017881: Cleanup clearos-release and centos-logos packages
DescriptionAn audit and code change is necessary in order to roll a minimal ClearOS.

Pulling the release and logos file should NOT pull the full package list of Webconfig and other ClearOS pieces. This behavior should mimic what is accomplished by CentOS by the same package set.

This is critical for the release of ClearVM using ClearOS as its base instead of Debian.
