Summary0015791: Move developer packages to mainline repository
DescriptionA special 'clearos-developer.repo' repository was created in ClearOS 6 to avoid the overhead of pulling in a *lot* of developer RPMS into the ClearOS 6 (for repoclosure). Repoclosure is not enforced in ClearOS 7 so this workflow is no longer required.
