Summary0015771: Add tools to make getting OpenVPN working for client.
DescriptionThe OpenVPN configuration for the client side includes certificate settings and also a section for the config file that is specific to OpenVPN. Webconfig is able to detect the version of the client whether it is Mac or Windows and can present a download link for their configuration file. It should do this as well for the client install software.

For client software downloads, we should be pointing to a redirect on the clearos.com web site, e.g.:
