Summary0001536: Merge "Mail Notification" and "Mail Settings" into "Mail"
DescriptionThe "Mail Notification" and "Mail Settings" apps should be merged for usability. In addition, the notification engine should hook right into Postfix instead of custom Swift settings in /etc/clearos/mail_notification.conf. This will improve support for standalone web applications (e.g. Wordpress outbound mail can always be set to localhost).
