Summary0001453: Add EPEL testing repository to the base
DescriptionInstalling the ClearOS developer tools is not possible due to an EPEL upstream repository issue. Here's the initial report in the forums:

To mitigate future problems, the EPEL Testing repository should be included in the base ClearOS install.
