Summary0001384: Hide Windows groups if Samba / Samba 4 is not initialized
DescriptionThere's no need to pollute the group manager with the Windows groups if Samba / Samba 4 is not in use. The groups will still exist (we want to reserve those group names), but hidden from the UI.
