Summary0013241: Console prompts for sudo when hostapd is installed
DescriptionThe URL for webconfig was added to tconsole in 0011251, however, tconsole does not have permissions to read hostapd.conf. The file is only installed when app-wireless is installed (it's a command line only install).

A workaround was added in the network API. No need to pull in sudo overhead for this basic call.
