Summary0001267: Migrate network auto configuration to event system
DescriptionThe snortsam init script handled munging in the WAN interface configuration into snortsam.conf. Migrate this to the new event system. Changes include:

- Moving firewall hook into /etc/clearos/firewall.d
- Adding network configuration event into /var/clearos/events/network_configuration
- Adding auto configure
