Summary | 0001254: Add basic network checking |
Description | A few times I have had to help people who have configured both the WAN and LAN in the same subnet and have then wondered why routing does not work. I would have thought it relatively easy to check that when the user adds IP's to LAN interfaces to check if they do not conflict with the current WAN IP's or other LAN's and vice-versa.
At the same time you could then do a warning pop-up warning to suggest to the user that he avoids the 192.168.0.0/24 and 192.168.1.0/24 subnets. |
