0001184: Non-PPP network interface using a 255.255.255.255 netmask causes panic (seen in Google Compute Engine)
While experimenting with ClearOS running on Google Compute Engine, the following issue was discovered. The IP address on the instance is:

eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 42:01:0A:F0:A6:42
          inet addr:10.240.166.66 Bcast:10.240.166.66 Mask:255.255.255.255

The firewall doesn't like the 255.255.255.255 netmask:

firewall: Error: /usr/clearos/apps/firewall/deploy/libfirewall.lua:502: if_get_prefix: Invalid netmask: 255.255.255.255
