Summary0001183: Zarafa Server restart is not robust
DescriptionThe Zarafa Server restart does not seem to be robust. Here's an example of a failed restart:

Sun Jun 9 05:05:05 2013: Shutting down.
Sun Jun 9 05:05:05 2013: Still waiting for 8 threads to exit
Sun Jun 9 05:12:43 2013: Server shutdown complete.

7 minutes to shutdown and no restart. Here's an example of a normal restart on a different Zarafa server:

Sun Jun 9 05:05:02 2013: Shutting down.
Sun Jun 9 05:05:02 2013: Still waiting for 8 threads to exit
Sun Jun 9 05:05:05 2013: Server shutdown complete.
Sun Jun 9 05:05:06 2013: Starting zarafa-server version 7,1,4,41394, pid 8098
Sun Jun 9 05:05:06 2013: Listening for priority pipe connections on /var/run/zarafa...

Task: add a check to make sure the Zarafa Server process restarts.
