Summary0010901: Add custom levels for content filter
DescriptionThe content filter provides preset levels for various settings, for example, the "Dynamic Scan Sensitivity" defines these levels:

            '100' => Very Aggressive
            '150' => Aggressive
            '200' => Normal
            '250' => Lax
            '350' => Very Lax

Provide a way for end users to enter a custom level instead of using one of the presets.
