0010861: Pull in app-software-repository by default
We continue to get users who's repos are messed up with the 30 day verified feature.

The new app-software-repository has warnings on the page when it detects misconfigured repos and in addition, it runs a cron once per day that checks and adds an event to the event and notifications app that will show up as a warning in the 'little red circle' doo-hickey.

Can we install this app by default, and if so, should the dependency be put in app-base-core or elsewhere?

If elsewhere, update this tracker to correct app.

Circular dependencies can cause grief for the anaconda installer, but we can do this on day 1 updates. If we proceed, a tracker item for adding this app to the default list in ClearOS 7.4 should be created.
