0001083: Only start the simple text console on boot once the network is up and running
The graphical console is typically only required on first boot. Once the user has the network up and running, there's no need to start the graphical console by default.

One approach is to automatically set a parameter in /etc/clearos/graphical_console.conf as soon as the system is registered (that's a good indicator that the network is a-okay). In addition, a "disable console on boot" button could be added to the graphical console tool itself.
